  • Not every IGWT item is available for purchase online. Customers may call into our office at 936-218-3685 to check on the availability of the item or inquire about a custom order.

  • We are in Teague TX, about an hour south of Dallas, 2hours north of Houston, 50 Miles east of Waco.

  • Charley is happy to make adjustments, as needed. Mail us your ring and tell us the size you need. Rings can be sized within one full size down or up unless it contains a rivet stone.

  • If you order a ‘clad’ ring (minted after 1965), your ring is typically made within a week of your order. If you’ve ordered a pre-1965 ring, Charley has to source the coin, then create your jewelry. Sourcing the coin can add a couple weeks’ time to the process.

  • We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. Items are charged to your credit card when the order is submitted. If an item is on back-order, we will notify you via email with the proposed ship date.

  • Our 90-day warranty, beginning on the day of purchase, protects against manufacturer defects, under normal use of the product. We reserve the right to inspect the item to determine if it has been abused in any way, including exposure to harsh chemicals or damaging impacts. During the 90-day warranty, there is no cost on repairs for manufacturer defects, only shipping charges. For items not covered under warranty, we offer repair and refurbishing services at a reasonable rate.

  • Yes; all IGWT creations pieces are handcrafted one piece at a time. Variations of pieces occur due to the age and specific condition of the resource used to craft the piece.
